Xi – Roanoke
Upon graduating from Roanoke College, David had the opportunity to work for the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Roanoke College. David started as a management trainee for a plumbing and HVAC distributor where he learned everything from distribution to sales. During his tenure in field sales, David managed to find and assist in the closure of a one million dollar account within his first-year post-college. The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Cregger Company saw his ability to grow a business and tapped him for a role at the Corporate Office, where he was tasked with rebranding the company. After his success with rebuilding the company’s website along with a few side projects, David was promoted after one year to the Corporate Office where he ran all of the marketing and corporate implementation projects for 32 branches in 4 states. After Cregger Company, David moved into the professional service company with brands up and down the Fortune 500/50. He took the role of Director of Corporate Development at STEMconnector reporting directly to the CEO. Through his time at STEMconnector he was recruited to join Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he joined in 2016 to take over two sales teams in Plano, Texas, where he became the youngest inside sales manager in the company. After a year and a few months of management, the North American Vice President tapped him to manage two highly visible North American strategic relationships for HPE. After hitting 325% to goal for the quarter, he was recognized as the North American Alliance leader of the year by the VP of North American Channels and Alliances. Since then he has been given the largest Indian System Integrator relationship, Tata Consultancy Services, where he works to manage a double-digit million dollar business.
