Prepare for My Leadership Consultant's Visit

To make the most of your consultant's visit to your chapter, you will need to plan and prepare meetings and activities as outlined in the Leadership Consultant Visit Guide prior to your consultant's arrival. You should schedule an hour-long meeting with each officer as well as with your philanthropy chairman and risk manager. Furthermore, the chapter should plan to have a chapter meeting during the consultant’s visit, so he can provide updates and recommendation before the entire chapter. Your consultant will schedule meetings with your chapter advisor and regional governor as well as your campus's fraternity/sorority life professional.

In addition, you will need to make the necessary accommodations for your consultant’s visit. This includes ensuring that your consultant has a place to sleep each night, a workspace with internet access, areas for individual and chapter meetings, and appropriate parking access on campus.  If you have questions about accommodations or the visit, you should directly contact your leadership consultant.
